Expertise

Systems where operations can't afford to stop.

Every project we build leaves technical capabilities, operational knowledge and patterns we reuse. This page shows the kind of problems we've learned to solve and the muscle we apply when a new one shows up.

One principle

Every industry brings its own rules.
The principles for building it well don't change.

We understand the operation before writing code. We pick the tech that fits the actual context, not the flavor of the month. We design systems so they support the business and evolve with it. That applies the same in fintech, media, hospitality or any industry we cross.

Industries

Every industry changes.
The rigor for building it well doesn't.

Sectors where we have operated with real projects, each with their own business rules, regulations and operational expectations.

FIN

Fintech and payments

Payment flows, regulatory rules, traceability, multi-country operation.

HOS

Entertainment and hospitality

Multi-brand experiences, reservations, loyalty, integrated commerce.

SPT

Sports and community

Memberships, ticketing, commerce and engagement at scale.

MED

Media and publishing

High traffic, editorial administration, monetization, analytics.

RTL

Retail and e-commerce

Custom stores, integrated POS, inventory and logistics.

IND

Industry and manufacturing

B2B portals, orders, inventory and cross-plant operation.

LEG

Compliance and legal tech

Regulatory processes, documents, signature and validation.

B2B

B2B software

Internal platforms, backoffices and business operating systems.

Challenge CROSS-BORDER COMMERCE

Transactional platform between two markets.

A platform that connects users, affiliated merchants and operations between the United States and Mexico. The flow combines payments, redemption codes, in-store validation, direct integration with point-of-sale systems at partner merchants, and end-to-end traceability for every transaction.

The complexity was coordinating two markets with different rules, providers and flows without passing that complexity to the user. The experience had to feel simple for whoever pays, whoever receives and whoever administers the operation, while in the background the system synchronized payments, redemptions, validations and information across multiple actors.

We designed and built

  • Central platform to administer users, merchants and transactions.
  • Mobile applications for different user profiles.
  • Redemption code system with validation and traceability.
  • Direct integration with point-of-sale systems at affiliated merchants.
  • Portal for merchants and administrative operation.
  • Integrations with payment processors and external services.
  • Differentiated rules by market and operational flow.

Challenge LIVE EVENT ACCESS

Ticketing and access control platform for mass events.

A sports entertainment operation that concentrates tens of thousands of attendees in very short entry windows, with hundreds of devices validating tickets simultaneously across different venue entrances.

The complexity was sustaining speed, security and operational continuity at the same time. The platform had to validate access in seconds, prevent duplicate use, manage re-entries and keep working even when connectivity degrades.

We designed and built

  • Ticketing and access control platform for mass operation.
  • Dedicated Android applications for validation devices.
  • Offline-first architecture to sustain operation when connectivity fails.
  • Synchronization between local infrastructure and cloud services.
  • Access, re-entry and validation rules by credential type.
  • Dynamic codes and additional security mechanisms.
  • Scan auditing and event traceability.
  • Architecture ready for hundreds of devices operating concurrently.

Accumulated capabilities

The muscle we apply
on every new project.

Cross-cutting capabilities we built solving real projects. They combine differently in every industry and operation, but the muscle stays.

Every capability listed here comes from having solved something with it in production, not from a trendy tech checklist.

Operation and data
  • Offline-first for operations with intermittent connectivity.
  • Payment systems and financial flows.
  • REST and GraphQL APIs for internal and external integrations.
  • Granular roles, permissions and access control.
  • Traceability and transactional auditing.
  • Integrations with ERPs, gateways and external providers.
  • Automation of repetitive operational processes.
Product
  • Native and React Native mobile apps.
  • Operational dashboards with real-time metrics.
  • B2B portals and self-service systems for clients.
  • Custom backoffices and administrative panels.
  • Custom e-commerce and Shopify builds.
  • CMS and editorial administration systems.
  • Visual systems that sustain complete products.
Infrastructure
  • Cloud architecture on Microsoft Azure.
  • SQL, managed storage and CDN.
  • Front Door and perimeter security layer.
  • CI/CD for predictable deployments.
  • Observability and continuous monitoring.
  • Systems ready for high concurrency.
  • Design for progressive scalability.
Challenge REGULATORY COMPLIANCE SUITE

Suite for LFPIORPI compliance.

A suite of digital products designed for organizations subject to obligations under the Mexican Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin (LFPIORPI), used by hundreds of clients and thousands of users with different identification, documentation, validation and follow-up processes.

The complexity is in transforming regulatory obligations and extensive documentary processes into digital flows that can be operated daily, keeping traceability over users, files, documents, evidence and decisions inside the system.

We designed and built

  • Suite composed of multiple products for different profiles and operational processes.
  • Centralized management of organizations, users, groups, files and permissions.
  • Document capture, classification and validation flows.
  • OCR and automated document validation.
  • Digital handwritten signature with associated evidence.
  • Identification processes and evidence collection matched to the required flow.
  • Reports and administrative tools for follow-up and supervision.
  • Detailed traceability of operations, changes and relevant events.
  • Architecture ready to serve hundreds of clients and thousands of users.
  • Monitoring tools for services, infrastructure and storage.

Challenge MULTI-BRAND DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM

Web ecosystem for a portfolio of brands and licensed concepts.

A digital ecosystem that gathers multiple entertainment, dining and retail concepts, including proprietary brands, franchises and licenses. Each brand keeps its identity, content and commercial goals, while the full portfolio keeps a common standard of quality, operation and evolution.

The complexity was working with brands very different from each other, some of them subject to international licensing guidelines, without treating each site as an isolated initiative. The challenge was creating a repeatable way to design, build and evolve digital experiences with speed, consistency and control.

We designed and built

  • Websites for different brands and concepts across the portfolio.
  • Implementations adapted to the specific guidelines of each license.
  • Responsive experiences focused on information, conversion and campaigns.
  • Integrations with forms, reservations, commerce and external services depending on each brand.
  • Content management systems for internal operation.
  • Reusable components and patterns to accelerate new implementations.
  • Continuous evolution of existing sites as campaigns, concepts and commercial needs change.

Real systems

The shape these projects
take on the inside.

The systems we build usually have different layers visible to those who operate them. Here we show an abstract read of some of those patterns, without exposing interfaces or client information.

The diagrams are conceptual and represent real product and operational patterns.
